Veneto is a small but highly important region tucked into the north-eastern corner of Italy. Its unique location is the meeting point of the cooler mountainous north of the Italian Alps, and the warmer, drier lands to the south. The cooling breezes from the Adriatic and from Lake Garda help to protect the vines from the intensity of the summer heat, while the mountains create a vital barrier to the freezing Alpine winter winds. This cooler climate helps the region to be able to produce quality wines with great consistency.
The dry fruity fragrance and fine persistent bubbles in this lively sparkling wine is the result of the handcrafted techniques used in the wine making process. Straw yellow with greenish tinges in colour, enjoy as an aperitif or alongside any contemporary cuisine. ABV: 10.5%

Frequently Asked Questions
1Is the wine of good quality?
Yes. Serena Wines is an award wining winery in Veneto Italy that produces extraordinarily excellent wines. The same outstanding quality of their bottled wine is produced in their keg wine.
2What types of wines are available?
Popular varietals including Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Prosecco (commonly referred to as the champagne of Italy) are all available.
3What size are the kegs?
The kegs are 20 Litres in volume. This equates to 26.66 750ml bottles, 133 150ml glasses or just over two cases of 750ml bottles.
4How long does the wine last for?
Because of the unique kegging system, once opened a keg remains fresh for 30 days.
5Is keg wine a proven success for restaurants and bars?
Keg wine is very popular in Europe and North America. Serena Wines currently produce over 800,000 20 litre kegs per year.
6What are the advantages of keg wine?
Keg wines eliminate wasted investment. Since the wine remains fresh for 30 days, you will no longer be throwing out stale, unfinished bottles of ‘sold by the glass’ wines. Additionally, you won’t need fridge space to keep wine bottles cold and you won’t need to dispose of empty bottles.
7I don’t have wine taps. Isn’t it expensive?
We can supply you with a free on-loan wine tap system that sits either on or under a bar. It is also possible to install a dual tap system to serve both wine and beer. To view our premium imported beer portfolio please visit www.aebeerimports.com.au
8What about the price of the kegs?
The keg wines are very competitively priced especially considering the quality of the wines. Most of our customers will save money on their future wine supplies.
